POLICIES

 

Booking

  • A $100 (plus tax) non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all new PMU to secure your appointment.  

  • This deposit is transferable ONCE to reschedule your appointment as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given.  

  • It is NOT transferable to another person.  If you choose to cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is forfeited

  • A consultation is required if you have old Microblading/tattooed eyebrows from a different artist prior to booking the appointment. If your previous work is too dark, uneven, or misshaped, tattoo removal is recommended before booking an appointment to achieve the best results. Cover-ups may require multiple sessions and regular touch up prices will apply to each session.

  • Touch up pricing applies to previous clients, if you are a new client you will need to book a new service at the full pricing to qualify for touchup pricing in the future.

Payment/Price

  • Cash, Debit and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa / MC / Amex). 

  • E-mail money transfers are not accepted at this time.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • No refunds.

  • Gift certificates available online, and in person.


Re-Scheduling 

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule their appointment for PMU and brow bar services otherwise you may be subject to 50% of the total service cost, and a lost deposit.

  • In order to change the date/time of your appointment please follow the “rescheduling “ link at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail or email us.


Cancellations

  • We request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations however the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellations take place under 48 hours, 50% of the service cost will be applied to the card on file.


Late/No Show

  • If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. You may be subject to 50% of the service cost.

  • Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit or 50% service charge and cancellation of your appointment. 

    No shows are subject to 100% of their service total.


Guarantee

  • Brooke Sarah Artistry offers NO GUARANTEE for cosmetic tattooing results. Results depend on many factors beyond the artists control.

  • Top of the line products, techniques, and aftercare are used on every client, individual results will vary from client to client. Please do you research before any PMU appointment to make sure you’re a good candidate.

  • Understanding that risk of infection can occur with any cosmetic tattooing service. If infection occurs you are responsible to see a doctor as the artist has done their part in using sterile products and performs safe practices that align within the Body Modification and Health Canada rules and regulations.

  • Aftercare is provided to eliminate risk of infection. If any step isn’t followed, risk of infection can occur.

  • Aftercare of your cosmetic tattoo and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results.

  • Some may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired results, regular touch up pricing will apply.  


Cosmetic Tattooing is not recommended for clients who are or have any of the following:

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol with in 24 hours of procedure

  • Diabetic

  • Undergoing Chemotherapy (Consult with you doctor- I require a physicians note)

  • Viral infections (diseases)

  • Had Botox within a 3 week period of appointment

  • Had an organ transplant

  • Epilepsy

  • Sick with a cold or flu-like virus

  • Used Accutane in the last 6 months

  • Keloid Scar
